Williams Named POMCO Director of Marketing Communications

Kevin H. Williams recently was named director of Marketing Communications at POMCO. He is responsible for overseeing media relations, community relations and marketing activities to support the upstate New York-based professional benefits administrator. Williams previously was communications manager at Excellus BlueCross BlueShield.
