POMCO Names Network Management Executive Director

Gina Rafer recently joined POMCO as its Executive Director of Network Management. Rafer is responsible for all provider contracting, recruitment and network negotiations for the professional benefits administrator. She previously was a manager of Provider Escalation Operations for Excellus BlueCross BlueShield and Aetna. A graduate of Washington St University with degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Liberal Arts in History, and Business Administration, Rafer is New York state licensed in Life, Accident and Health Insurance. She resides in Tully.
