POMCO Hires New Director, Claims Operations & Customer Service

Denise Clark
recently joined POMCO as its new director of Claims Operations & Customer Service.
Clark, who has more than 18 years of professional customer service experience, is responsible for overseeing all aspects of POMCO's Claims and Customer Service Operations spanning six medical claims units, including hospital, dental, claims payment negotiations and commercial services.
"My primary emphasis is to ensure that our clients and members are supported in a way that makes it easy for them to do business with POMCO," Clark said.
Clark was most recently vice president of Customer Operations at USA Datanet and previously held management positions in Customer Service with the former AppliedTheory Corp. and Excellus BlueCross BlueShield (then known as BlueCross BlueShield of Central New York).
Clark graduated from St. Bonaventure University and resides in Brewerton, New York.
