Annual Risk Management Client Seminar

POMCO Group will hold its annual Risk Management (RM) Client Seminar October 25 - 27th in Syracuse, Buffalo and Rochester. The seminar will include a range of industry-related topics including:

• Vocational Rehabilitation - the interplay of vocational rehabilitation, loss of wage earning capacity, and enacting indemnity caps on permanent partial claims
• Special Investigation Unit - combining forensic data analysis with adjuster instinct to improve fraud and abuse investigations in claims
• Legal Environment:
  o Medical treatment guidelines - how we approach MTG and how we are successful
  o Idiopathic events - what is or is not considered a claim
