Kathleen Lamb, Esq., General Counsel and Vice President of Compliance for POMCO Group, has been named an Honored Member of the Cambridge Who's Who of Executives and Professionals for 2007-2008. Lamb has more than 18 years of experience in the legal field - the last six years at POMCO. While at POMCO, Lamb created and expanded the company's Compliance Department, which oversees all legal and regulatory matters. She was named General Counsel of POMCO in 2005. Prior to coming to POMCO, Lamb practiced at a New York City law firm specializing in health law and liability issues. She became Vice President of Litigation and Claims for a national organization in Houston in 1992 and then transferred to their Washington, D.C. office, where she was Vice President of Claims and Risk Management for the American Psychiatric Association liability program. While in Washington, D.C., some of Lamb's work was featured on the television shows Dateline and 20/20, and she was also a nationally recognized speaker on health law issues. Lamb graduated with honors from Harvard University and Hofstra University's School of Law. She resides in Jamesville with her husband and two children.
