POMCO Group Discusses Settlement Successes at Town Hall Conference

As the first third party administators to settle a case through the Waiver Agreement Management Office, POMCO Group currently represents 33% of all WAMO settlement submissions.

The New York State Legislature amended the Workers' Compensation Law in 2007 to establish the Waiver Agreement Management Office (WAMO) to help reduce and ultimately eliminate the liabilities of the Second Injury Fund.

POMCO Group's WAMO capabilities mean lower out-of-pocket workers' compensation plan costs and nearly 30% higher settlement payments for injured employees.
